Forgetting Topologies. The functor $\mathsf{Top}\to \mathsf{Sets}$ sending a topological space $\webleft (X,\mathcal{T}_{X}\webright )$ to its underlying set $X$, forgetting the topology $\mathcal{T}_{X}$.
